From the age of 16, for all levels, on vacation or near you. The UCPA wellness fitness offers activities ranging from gentle gymnastics to stretching to Swiss ball. Sessions allowing the development of flexibility, body balance and muscle strengthening in connection with the search for body/mind harmony.

Small equipment if necessary

Type de session

Session lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour, including:
- Group briefing
- Warm-up
- Body of session according to the objectives of the session
- Individual investment advice
- Return to calm and relaxation at the end of the session
- Collective debriefing

Securité

UCPA Fitness activities always start with a gradual warm-up and a return to calm at the end of the session. The movements and intensities requested always adapt to the level of the practitioners. The briefing always includes positioning advice for the group. The instructors emphasize advice related to breathing and hydration.
