During your stay
Day 2:
We start the course with a whitewater day on the Durance to slide on the river. The objective today is to discover and have fun on one of the most famous rivers in France.
We start the course with a whitewater day on the Durance to slide on the river. The objective today is to discover and have fun on one of the most famous rivers in France.
In order to better understand the environment and after the first technical and safety advice, you use a raft to fill up on sensations in a group! Jumping, swimming, sailing, on an ultra fun itinerary. Passage of waves and rapids, parade and canyon always follow one another guided by your instructor guaranteeing safety and your progress.
Day 3:
A first day on a mountain bike. Today we discover this practice brought back to mountain terrain in order to prepare for the rest of the course. Fun situations to progress, a few pedal strokes, a lot of technical advice to understand the basic position, master your machine and learn to brake. And in the afternoon a descent from the valley on an accessible path. In the evening we will go back by bus to the sports village.
Day 4:
A multi-activity day. In the morning we rub shoulders on the tree-climbing course, the Jungle des Orres. Climb, strap on, jump into the void, catch up in nets and slide on zip lines. A fun cocktail for lovers of sensations.
In the afternoon, relax! We start with a bit of slackline, a balance game, before going to the outdoor pool in Les Orres. 360° view of the mountains, for a special moment with friends.
Day 5:
With your mountain guide, prepare your itinerary and your bags, stock up on the kitchen and go on a mini mountain raid. It is time for you to discover it in a different way. Take the time, chat with your friends, enjoy the great outdoors. In the evening, awaken all your senses during the bivouac at altitude reached by hiking, in the heart of a wild and preserved mountain pasture. Evening next to the fire, sunrise, breathtaking landscape and conviviality guaranteed! Between 300 and 600 meters of altitude difference.
Day 6:
Since the bivouac reached the day before, you leave Petit Vallon and continue to climb gradually to pass the Aupillon pass at an altitude of more than 2900 meters. Maybe you'll see chamois! In any case, enjoy breathtaking landscapes. An unforgettable mountain experience that after descending the pass will take you to the valley of Lac Sainte-Marguerite, where you will establish your second bivouac.
Day 7:
After a sunrise and breakfast near the sheepfold, a gentle descent leads us from the mountain pasture to the forest, then from the forests to the station. With a unique experience. We got to know each other a little better and especially to know our friends better. We'll have our heads in the clouds for a long time.
Day 8:
A slightly more “chill” day in the sports village. We enjoy our morning, we talk to the friends. Beach volleyball, slackline, sports co, and more on the agenda.
Day 9:
With your mountain bike instructor, we will be able to put into practice the techniques learned during the first week. And for that what better than two days of mini raid through the forests of Mazelière and that of Boscodon. By a series of small climbs and beautiful descents, the objective of the day, to reach the Grand Cabane bivouac. Throughout the stage, the landscapes and the viewpoints on Lake Serre-Ponçon follow one another. In the evening, atmosphere is guaranteed around the fire!
Day 10:
We are continuing the adventure we started yesterday. But the stage profile is much more top-down. After visiting the site of Boscodon Abbey, we are on a superb rolling and not very technical trail. It takes us to the shores of the lake. If time allows, a short stand up paddle tour on the lake, before reaching Embrun. At the end of the afternoon, take the bus back to the sports village.
Day 11:
In the morning, we take the opportunity to rest or to do a sport with friends, depending on the mood and desire of the moment.
In the afternoon, we make use of all the experience acquired during mini hikes and mountain biking. Here we are as a team for a great orienteering race in the Orres forest. After some technical advice from your instructor, you are now in front of the map with your collective thoughts and your intuitions in arms.
Day 12:
In the morning, a small beach volleyball tournament with friends is organized. In the afternoon relaxation, idleness and atmosphere for a pool outing.
Day 13:
Last day of the course in the sports village of Les Orres. To end these two weeks in style, the team of instructors has concocted an unforgettable day for you. Whitewater on the program. Depending on the conditions, and the technical level reached in the first week, two supports will be considered. Either a second descent in a raft, or a descent in a canoraft, an inflatable boat barred by two.
