À PROPOS DE L'ACTIVITÉ

Today, trail running refers to the activity of running in nature on trails and more widely on varied terrain. We also talk about trail running, or nature running. The UCPA offers courses and weekends for runners of all levels in magical sites such as Chamonix, Verdon, Vanoise or the Pyrenees.
