Welcome to the UCPA Almyrida site on Monday from 12 pm - Welcome meeting at 6 pm.
You are traveling with UCPA: flight schedules will be known a few weeks before departure.

During your stay
D2 - VTC: In the morning, bike ride to the small typical village of Gavalochori, its church, its traditional chapel, its oil mill and its typical old press.
The lunch break in is at a local restaurant. The other half-day is free: you can explore the region, stroll around the hotel or enjoy your optional activities (wellness, cooking class).
Day 3 - From the morning, your kayak trip takes you to discover one of the shores of Souda Bay, its caves, and can take the opportunity to swim there, or even try some jumps. After a lunch break in a new local restaurant, you go on a hike to discover the salt flats.
Day 4 - In the morning, you go hiking to discover the most beautiful landscapes of Crete. After a lunch break in a local tavern, head to Souda Bay, to discover it by kayak.
D5 and D6 - Two free days are planned to enjoy the hotel or discover the village of Almyrida and its surroundings according to your desires, rent a car with friends and go on an adventure.
Or sign up for sports options such as a day of hiking in the sublime Aradéna Gorges.
Day 7 - You leave all day in a VTC, to discover the Cretan hinterland, its typical villages and its panoramas of the Bay of Georgioupolis (50km loop). At noon, lunch in a local restaurant on Lake Kouma, with a panoramic terrace.

Between sea and mountains, landscapes and encounters.
Crete, the largest Greek island, offers varied landscapes ranging from sandy beaches, such as Elafonisi, to mountainous reliefs, such as those of the White Mountains. Mount Ida, the highest point in Crete, is home to the Ideon Cave, where Zeus was born according to Greek mythology. The capital, Heraklion, is rich in museums and other cultural points of interest: the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, which exhibits Minoan artifacts, and the site of Knossos, a Bronze Age settlement.

Almyrida Beach Hotel
Located in the heart of the village of Almyrida, the hotel structure consists of 3 units, all facing the sea. You will stay in rooms for 2, 3 or 4 people. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, mini bar, private bathroom and balcony. Sheets and towels are provided.
You will appreciate the roof top pool and its view of Almyrida Bay.
To improve your comfort, book a double or single room (with supplement).
