In the morning or in the afternoon, canoe session on Soustons Lake.
The other half day, rest on the surf camp and on the beach. Great games. Possibility to swim in the ocean and visit the nearest small village.

Day 5:
In the morning or in the afternoon (depending on conditions and schedule), surfing session.
Individual advice from the instructor. Advice on the direction to take in a wave according to its “open” side (“back side” and “front side”).
The other half-day, canoe trip on the lake.
In the evening, a lively evening at sunset on the beach, by the ocean (music, marshmallows grilled under the stars, “Koh Lanta” games or debates, swimming if the conditions are good...).

Day 6:
In the morning or in the afternoon (depending on conditions and schedule), surfing session.
Review of the week with the surf instructor. Reception of the “Surfing Book”: booklet created by UCPA to monitor your progress and autonomy in surfing.
The other half day, sports activities (tournaments...).
In the evening, lively vigil.

Last day

Day 7:
Tidying up the rooms and preparing the suitcases with the help of the animators.
End of the stay on Saturday between 10 am and 1 pm.

The small seaside resort of Soustons in the Landes region offers an exceptional environment. Its beach of dunes and blond sand extends over 6 kilometers and its surf spot is recognized internationally. The plus: tranquility practically guaranteed when accessing the spot after a few minutes of walking and a breathtaking view of the Landes forest.

The sleeping area:
4-seater cabin tents of 15 m2 and 2.5 m high, specially made for UCPA. Tents renewed regularly and completely closed, ensuring watertightness and living comfort.

The spot:
Space to relax after sports, including a chill zone, secure cabinets to store your phone and disconnect safely, table football and a ping pong table.

The UCPA surf school:
Space with surfboards and/or neoprene suits to equip yourself for surfing sessions, as well as a screen to provide the coach's tips.
