The program

Day by day

Day of arrival

Reception on Sundays between 10 am and 5 pm. We welcome you on Sundays between 10 am and 5 pm.
Check-in in the rooms before the welcome meeting.

In the meantime, you can enjoy the facilities of the sports village: swimming pool, badminton, petanque court...
At the end of the afternoon, you meet the sports village team to find out the week's program and meet your instructor.

Access to the sports village is open on Saturday and Sunday. It is closed at 22:00 by an access code the other days of the week.
If you purchased the “arrival the day before” option, please show up at the Les Arcs Sports Village on Saturday between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

During your stay

Monday - Morning: Meet with your instructor and discuss your experience, expectations and goals for the week. We lend you equipment if necessary

Then departure for a first short trail near the village in order to assess the level of each one.
Afternoon: Circuit training with muscle strengthening and specific training exercises. You end the day with a stretching session.

Tuesday - Morning: Mountain running session with personalized and technical advice.
In the afternoon: Mountain biking trip with a specialized instructor, allowing you to experience “cross” training, very useful in trail running.

Wednesday - In the morning - You apply the advice of your instructor for a new mountain running session
In the afternoon - In order to work on your balance and your core while having fun, a stand up paddle session at the Bourg-St-Maurice nautical base.

Thursday - Morning: Technical trail session or 1/2 vertical kilometer depending on the group.
Afternoon: Enjoy a yoga session to relax and work on your flexibility.

Friday - Last hiking/trail session of the week. This day trip ends with a longer effort and allows you to work on your stamina.
It's time for the end-of-stay debriefing with your instructor.
Return of sports equipment. Thank you for making it clean.
