Pure sport/Go on a sporty hike in Val Montjoie, discover unusual itineraries and multiply the different points of view on the mythical peaks of the Mont Blanc massif. You take routes that are not very busy, sometimes off trail, in search of wildlife and an alpine atmosphere.
Your mountain guide will share with you his passion for the mountains and all the keys to improving your hiking skills: getting equipped, orienting yourself, managing your effort and walking technique, etc.
On the program: two day hikes, a half-day hike to recharge the batteries and take advantage of multi-sport discovery activities at the sports center, and a two-day raid, with one night in a refuge nestled on the mountainside, at the bottom of the Miage Valley.

Pure sport/Looking for exceptional hikes? At a steady pace, this stay takes you off the beaten track, into a wild mountain. You will sleep one night in an authentic mountain refuge, between the Aiguille de Bionnassay and the Domes de Miages. At the end of the afternoon, the sports village team will offer you a welcome drink. She will take advantage of this first friendly moment to present your stay to you and answer any questions you may have.

During your stay
Monday - Wild itinerary between Beaufortain and Val Montjoie. You leave for the day for about 6 hours of walking and +/- 1200m of altitude difference.
Tuesday - The itinerary takes a bucolic and panoramic path to the Refuge de Tré-La-Tête, via the remarkable Claudius-Bernard path. After discovering the Tré-La-Tête glacier, you descend into the valley by the Combe Noire waterfall trail and the Roman Way to Notre Dame de la Gorge. Day trip, about 6 hours of walking. Height difference: +/-1200m.
Wednesday - Morning hike in Val Montjoie, about 3 hours and +/- 500 m of altitude difference. In the afternoon, access to the multi-sport activities offered in the sports village.
Thursday - Departure for the Plan Glacier refuge, via the village of Bionnassay and the Col du Tricot. Alpine itinerary, about 5 hours of walking. Height difference: +1500m. Evening and night in a mountain hut.
Friday - Wake up at the foot of the Aiguille de Bionnassay, facing the Domes of Miage, a few steps from the glacier. Return to Les Contamines via the mountain pastures of Miage, the Chalets du Truc, with the Aravis mountains in the background. Height difference: +200 m/-1700 m.
