Group workshops and technical feedback on the private bike practice of the sports village in the second half of the morning./In the afternoon we rub shoulders with the tree-climbing course, the Jungle des Orres. Climb, strap on, jump into the void, catch up in nets and slide on zip lines. A fun cocktail for lovers of sensations.
Day 3:
Over half a day, discover the Bike Park of Les Orres, progressive and evolving DH trails from beginner to expert. Technical advice on braking and the basic position. On safety concepts: learning about stopping zones, actions to adopt and good uses.
In the early afternoon we leave for the great outdoors and the first valley descent in the direction of Embrun via the French Cycling Federation (FFC) route of “la 15". Bus ride from Embrun.
Day 4:
In the morning, discover the most enchanting Minigolf in France. Minigolf, you might think it's boring, but the one in Embrun is worthy of an amusement park. In the afternoon, Photo orientation rally to learn how to find your way around in space and swim to relax, laze around or have fun with friends.
Day 5:
This morning, explore a new downhill valley, that of “La Fontaine”, wide open spaces with 800 meters of altitude differences and more than 15 km of wild trails, with a few rare pedal strokes to get going again. Afternoon: Imagine an amusement park in the middle of a lake. It's the aquapark, floating inflatable structures, like a giant castle. Jumps, glide, have fun with friends.
Day 6:
In the morning we go back to the downhill tracks of the Bike Park. That's it, we know them, we can accelerate and take advantage of them even more. Always accompanied by your instructor, the technical advice will help you better pass the turns noted: position on the bike, trajectory on a curve, restart when leaving a turn. In the afternoon Trampoline and slackline, a great game to end the week with friends and make the most of it. A last afternoon full of fun to end the week in style.
