Day of arrival

The training starts at 6 pm on the first day. You are expected at the following address:

During your stay

Forget the master class! Our pedagogy is based on collective energy and action. It aims at individualized support in order to make you progress and succeed.

We therefore favour exchanges and practical situations: teamwork, collective feedback, case studies, debates/forums, role plays,... Everyone is involved in carrying out the training through their practice, analysis and reflection.
The theory is presented in a fun way. It is enriched by the story of the experiences of the trainers. The contents covered throughout the general training prepare you for the various roles and functions of the facilitator:
discovery of the different types of activities: big games, evenings, evenings, songs, manual activities, expression,...
knowledge of the child: needs by age group, type of activities possible, adolescent behaviors
management of collective and daily life: individualized follow-up of the child, conflict management
regulations and safety: responsibility of the animator, supervision standards, travel and transport, management of bathing time, instructions and organization of entertainment times
educational commitment: secularism, social events, situations of disability, diversity and sexuality
Techniques for looking for a practical internship: procedures, how to write a CV, a cover letter, pass an interview
