You are between 13 and 17 years old, this 7-day stay allows you an approach to mountain biking complemented by the practice of many rich and varied sports. Your stay will be punctuated by 5 mountain bike riding sessions and 5 multi-sport sessions.
On the program: 5 mountain bike driving sessions (prerequisite: being comfortable on a flat bike) and 5 multi-sports + activities, evenings, big games or manual and creative workshops. Tignes opens its slopes to you to practice mountain biking in all its forms: complete learning to pilot, sessions in the bike park, freeride and downhill mix.

Day of arrival

Day 1:
Reception on Sundays between 10 am and 12 pm.
Visit and installation in the rooms.
In the evening, wake to get to know each other.

In case of later arrival, we ask customers to notify the sports village.

During your stay

Every half-day (multi-sport activities), young people choose from the activities on the program (between 8 to 10 choices) what they want to do.

Monday - First introduction to mountain biking in the morning in the bikepark with various obstacles. Multisports in the afternoon.

Tuesday - In the morning, improvement of the passage of modules in the bikepark and the first green trails on the domain. An afternoon surrounded by nature, with a hike to discover mountain lakes and whitewater.

Wednesday - Green and blue trails will be on the program for this morning of mountain biking. In the afternoon, you will measure yourself by team during team sports matches.

Thursday - In the morning, you will continue your progress on the medium-difficulty downhill trails. An afternoon of swimming, lazing around and relaxing awaits you at the lagoon, our local aqua-sports center.

Friday - In the morning, you will enjoy the slopes of Tignes and Val d'Isère for a larger mountain bike outing. The afternoon will be an opportunity to test your balance during a slackline session.

End of the stay on Saturday between 10 am and 1 pm.

It may undergo modifications or adjustments, depending on technical criteria, safety requirements or the climatic conditions of the moment. Vanoise Park: a successful vacation

The Vanoise National Park is a national park located in Savoy. Adjacent to the Franco-Italian border, the park also adjoins the Italian National Park of Grand-Paradis. The national park attracts many lovers of wild space. Hikes over several days are possible but also climbing, mountaineering... it is a mountain environment that offers glaciers, peaks of more than 3000m, between Mont Pourri or Grande Casse and which faces North to the Beaufortin Massif and the sublime Pierra Menta, but also to the splendid Mont Blanc.

Take the N90 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, then the N202 towards Tignes. At the entrance to Tignes: follow the direction “Val Claret”. At the final roundabout, the UCPA sports village is to the left of the Grande Motte car park (about 200 m after the entrance). The first two hours of parking are free. The car parks in Tignes are then chargeable. Go to the Tignes website (www.tignes.net), section “Parking reservation”. You are coming by train: Get off at Bourg-Saint-Maurice SNCF station, located 30 km from the sports village. The ALTIBUS bus company offers regular Bourg-Saint-Maurice/Tignes-Val-Claret connections (information and reservations on www.altibus.com). Return and return tickets must be booked before departure, directly with the company. The rates are €12 one way, €8.40 for reduced rates and €1.20 for service fees (indicative winter 2023 prices).
