This motocross trip to Châteauroux-les-Alpes is designed for 11-15 year olds.

“Arrival the day before” option: welcome on Saturday between 5 pm and 7 pm.
Otherwise, welcome on Sundays between 2 p.m.

In the morning, electric motocross session. Meeting with the instructor. Teaching the technical basics: positioning the feet on the footrests, starting, stopping...

Day 3:
In the morning, electric motocross session. Learning to gain momentum to overcome an obstacle, as well as up and down terrain. Braking with the rear wheel locking, stopping at specific points and crossing obstacles without setting foot on the ground.
In the afternoon, session to learn how to produce soft energy.
In the evening, lively vigil.

Day 4:
In the morning, electric motocross session. Learn to maintain balance by lifting the front wheel. Rear brake skid control. Quirky slalom.
In the afternoon, a big game on the environment.
In the evening, lively vigil.

Day 5:
In the morning, electric motocross session. Choice of a correct position according to the practical situations: crossing obstacles, raised turns, climbs, descents, compressions, overpressures...
In the afternoon, hiking - orienteering to discover the local flora and marmots.
In the evening, lively vigil.

Day 6:
In the morning, electric motocross session. Objective of the session: to know how to raise the front wheel and put it in a specific place. Exercises on long and narrow boards. For the most experienced, pass under a gantry and maintain balance at a standstill.
At the end of the session, pass the test and delivery of the “I'm learning to ride a motorcycle” booklet.
In the afternoon, a big game around the theme of nature with sports challenges.
In the evening, lively vigil.

Last day

Day 7:
Luggage preparation and room storage.
End of the stay on Saturday between 10 am and 1 pm.

It may undergo modifications or adjustments, depending on technical criteria, safety requirements or the climatic conditions of the moment. In this case, only those responsible for UCPA supervision are authorized to take the necessary decision (s).
It can also be adapted according to the technical and physical level of the participants. Sports sessions can take place either in the morning or in the afternoon.
