In the morning, mountain bike session. Technical advice on braking, basic position and safety concepts: learning stopping zones, actions to adopt and good uses.
In the afternoon, English lessons. On the agenda: revisions of the grammar and the previous day's session.
From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., orienteering and/or escape game in English in connection with local fauna and flora.
In the evening, animated vigil in French and English.

In the morning, mountain bike session. Descent in the direction of Embrun via the French Cycling Federation (FFC) route of “la 15". 800 m of descent and sensations!
In the afternoon, outdoor English lessons. Revision of vocabulary related to local fauna and flora.
From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., role-playing games in English to learn how to prepare for a sports trip in the USA.
In the evening, animated vigil in French and English.

In the morning, mountain bike session. Descent into the “la Fontaine” valley, wide open spaces with 800 m of altitude difference and more than 15 km of wild trails.
In the afternoon, English lessons. Teaching the vocabulary necessary for a trip to the USA: reading signs in a station or airport, asking a passer-by, ordering in a restaurant...
From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., role-playing games in English to prepare for a trip to the USA.
In the evening, animated vigil in French and English.

In the morning, mountain bike session. Putting the week's achievements into practice.
In the afternoon, last English course of the stay. Reception of an educational booklet.
