During your stay
Monday: You meet the UCPA instructor. You will learn your first skills as an apprentice navigator on board your catamaran to become one of the best regatta sailors on the planet.
This educational boat allows you to develop fine and technical skills to calmly understand the nautical environment.
In the afternoon, you will go back on the water with a windsurf board. Beginners will discover boards specially adapted to discover the activity. Once in the water, the boards allow you to be stable on your supports. You will be surprised by how fast you can shoot at first sight with this very handy equipment. We are far from the difficulties experienced by the old generations of boards.
For the more experienced, you will regain your sensations by alternating tacks and gybes. For the most experts, you will benefit from individual advice to do your first jibes.
Tuesday: That's it you're starting to feel comfortable with your catamaran. The instructor will teach you the marine language but also how to move, turn and of course start to harness yourself to gain speed. For the most seasoned, you will confront the other skippers on a regatta course.
After lunch, you will improve your accuracy during an archery session in the pine forest. Are you going to be focused enough to hit the yellow target?
Wednesday: Half a day off in the morning to enjoy a good night's sleep.
In the afternoon, the instructor offers a 2nd windsurfing session to gain confidence on the water. Despite a few falls into warm water, you now have all the bases to progress in windsurfing.
Thursday: After breakfast and lunch, you will take advantage of the good sea conditions to discover giant paddle boarding. This collective boat will allow you to test your balance while having fun.
In the afternoon, a beach sports tournament will be organized by your animators. With a ball, are you quite comfortable with your hands or feet?
Friday: Your UCPA instructor introduces you to sea kayaking. Equipped with your paddle, you will be able to see the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros and explore the fish through translucent water.
In the afternoon you will enjoy chilling on the beach with the animators.
The course of this program is indicative.
It may undergo modifications or adjustments, depending on technical criteria, safety requirements or the climatic conditions of the moment. In this case, only those responsible for UCPA supervision are authorized to take the necessary decision (s).
It can also be adapted according to the technical and physical level of the participants.
