In the morning, swimming session with learning to swim on your back using a board.
In the afternoon, rest, group sports or fun swimming.

Day 5:
In the morning, swimming session. Learning breaststroke with coordination of legs and arms.
In the afternoon, sledding on a rail in the woods.
End of the afternoon, entertainment.

Day 6:
In the morning, swimming session. Acquisition of the autonomy necessary for breaststroke alone over a few meters.
In the afternoon, scooter session on pumptrack. Open air mogul course and turns.
End of the afternoon, entertainment.

*Learning to swim sessions last 1 hour, 45 minutes in the water.
A first contact with the aquatic world to familiarize children with water through various workshops.
Once trust is established, the first rudiments of swimming will be provided, and gradually the child will be able to acquire greater autonomy. This approach takes place in the outdoor pool, under the guidance and advice of our lifeguard.
