Monday - That's it, let's go!
Monday - That's it, let's go!
You start your stay with a whitewater day on the Durance river. The objective today: to surf one of the most famous rivers in France. In order to better understand the environment and after an initial technical and safety brief, you use a raft to fill up on sensations in a group! Jumping, swimming, sailing, on an ultra fun itinerary. Passage of waves and rapids, parades and canyons follow one another, always guided by your instructor, guaranteeing safety and your progress. Night at Lake Camp in Embrun
Tuesday - Mountain bike day with a technique and maneuverability session in the morning, fun situations to progress and lots of advice to understand the basic position, master your machine and learn to brake. In the afternoon, helped by your instructor, your pedals take you on the superb trails between Les Orres and Embrun. You deepen this practice with a descent into the valley on an accessible trail, an itinerary with a descending profile to make the most of the sensations that cycling provides. Pleasure, control and safety are on the agenda. In the evening, chill on the edge of the lake. Night at Lake Camp in Embrun
Wednesday - A day to learn to master gravity: climbing, rappelling, balancing and flexibility. Your guide offers you basic technical advice to quickly get comfortable on one of the cliffs overlooking Lake Serre Ponçon. Learning to rope and knots, handling ropes, climbing in rind, head or second to acquire a minimum of autonomy will be on the program. Night at Lake Camp in Embrun
Thursday - After 3 days of adrenaline, it is time for you to discover the mountain in a different way. With your mountain guide, prepare your itinerary and your bags, refuel and go on a mini mountain raid. Take the time, chat with your group, enjoy the great outdoors, an epicurean program in short! In the evening, awaken all your senses during the bivouac at the altitude reached by hiking. In the heart of a wild and preserved mountain pasture, on a balcony above the valley of Lake Serre-Ponçon, enjoy an evening by the fire and the sunrise in the early morning. Breathtaking landscapes and conviviality guaranteed!
Friday - Since the bivouac reached the day before, you leave the mountain pasture for an itinerary chosen with your mountain guide. Throughout the landscapes, discover the fauna and flora of the South of the Alps, discuss the environment and why not, embark on the ascent of Méale, an accessible summit offering an exceptional panorama of the Ecrins, and Lake Serre-Ponçon. Then back on the camp to enjoy the last evening. Night at Lake Camp in Embrun
