Adventure Sports This one-week objective sailing trip level 2 in Brittany is designed for 14-17 year olds. It offers learning the main gaits, the various actions, sail adjustment, mooring and maneuvers.It allows you to learn coastal navigation on board a liveable sailboat, from Belle-Ile-en-Mer to the Glénans archipelago, in the Gulf of Morbihan.

Navigation from 4 to 6 hours per day on average (depending on weather conditions), during the day only.
Raising awareness about the preservation of the marine environment.

- Knots: dead tower, half-key, capstan, knot of 8 and chair knot
- Tack change maneuvers
- The pace markers and the different maneuvers
- Stopping the boat and starting the engine
- Techniques for recovering floating objects
- The usefulness of the logbook and its completion
- Turning on the GPS and reading a MOB key position
- Reading the boat's speed, depth, wind speed and orientation
- The usefulness of channel 16
- The preparation of the spinnaker, the sending and the sinking
- The day before on the boats in the vicinity with the crossing rules
- Safe movement on the boat
- The control of your life jacket
