Pure action/Formation Accessible from the age of 18 and essential for managing an animation team in vacation or leisure centers, the BAFD makes it possible to pilot an educational project while conducting a management experience.The general education session prepares you for the various roles and functions of director in vacation and leisure settings. You will discover the design and implementation of an educational project, the preparation for the animation and management of a management team, the management of a collective reception for minors (ACM).

You are enrolled in the BAFD General Training course. This training takes place in an internship at the UCPA center in Bombannes.

The first day is devoted to installation, knowledge games, the presentation of the training program and the organization of the week.
ATTENTION: any delay will result in the non-validation of the course, the trainers will not be obliged to accept you for training. It's up to you to organize yourself.

During your stay
Forget the master class! Our pedagogy is based on collective energy and action. It aims at individualized support in order to make you progress and succeed.
We therefore favour exchanges and practical situations: teamwork, collective feedback, case studies, debates/forums, role plays,... Everyone is involved in carrying out the training through their practice, analysis and reflection.
The theory is presented in a fun way. It is enriched by the story of the experiences of the trainers. The animator will be able to include his action in an educational approach through an animation project.
The contents covered throughout the general training session allow:

Develop partnerships and communication.
To support the director in developing skills that enable him to transmit and share the values of the Republic, in particular secularism.

- “Les Saintes”: 40 rooms, 8 PMR with 3 beds and 32 with 4 beds, with bathrooms and toilets.

- “Guadeloupe”: 20 rooms with 4 beds and 2 with 2 beds with showers and sinks. Common sanitary facilities.

You are coming by car:
GPS coordinates: 45.102° North and 1.136° West
From Paris, take the ring road towards Mérignac then exit 8, direction Lacanau.
From Toulouse, take the direction of Mérignac then exit 8, direction Lacanau.
Once on the road to Lacanau after Ste-Hélène, take the direction of Carcans then Maubuisson. At the exit of Maubuisson at the roundabout on the right follow Domaine de Bombannes. After 2 km you arrive at the entrance to the Estate and at the first roundabout take the road on the left follow the “Nautical Village” signs. You still have 2.5 km to go, you pass in front of 2 Campgrounds (“Huttopia” and “La Dune Bleue”) then the Cévéo residence (on the left) always follow “Nautical Village” You continue the road to a fork where you stay on the right and at the second junction you go to the left. You then arrive at the Ucpa Nautical Village Car Park.

From the Bordeaux St Jean SNCF station, the TransGironde company provides buses to Bombannes and/or Lacanau (depending on the season). The regular bus Transgironde N° 702 Bordeaux Lacanau and get off at the stop “Lacanau Le HUGA” a UCPA minivan shuttle will come and pick them up. It is the first Management Certificate, open to all from the age of 21, non-professional, but essential to manage an entertainment team in a holiday center or leisure center. To enter a BAFD course, you must either: - hold a BAFA, - hold one of the titles, diplomas or certificates of qualification to perform animation functions, mentioned in article 2 of the decree of 9 February 2007 and justify, during the period of two years preceding the registration, two animation experiences lasting a total of at least 28 days, including at least one in collective care for minors, - If you cannot meet the two points above, the regional director may grant an exemption from entry into training, if the person is at least 21 years old, and if, during the period of two years preceding the registration, he/she has two animation experiences lasting a total of at least 28 days, including at least one in the collective care of minors.
