Restauration
The catering takes place in the form of a self.
Each child must check before entering the self (this allows us to see if the children are coming to eat).
Each child must check before entering the self (this allows us to see if the children are coming to eat).
9-11 year olds go to the table first, they take the appetizers independently. They stay at the table and it is the animators who serve the hot dish (this prevents jostles with 11-14 year olds and to be more vigilant about the contents of their plate).
At each meal there are between 5 and 6 choices of starter (raw vegetables, charcuterie, salad or other) .For the hot dish, starches, vegetables, fish or meat at each meal: this allows you to have a choice for the different diets.Dessert: seasonal fruits, unlimited yogurts, plus pastries in the evening.
For special diets, no problem by anticipating and warning the chef before the child arrives at the sports village.
Every day we give a small snack (around 16:30) in the form of an individual cookie.
Meal schedule: 7:45 to 9:15 for breakfast, 12:00 to 12:45 to come and have lunch and 19:00 to 19:45 to come and have dinner.
