During your stay

Day 2:
After a good breakfast, you meet your instructor who will help you find the equipment that fits your style, your level, your goals and your practice project.
...
It makes you aware of security to ensure a risk-free practice.
With your equipment in hand, beginners and the first levels will discover the kite zone and start piloting the wing. Insiders will refine the control of the wing and the associated notching: the upwind, the release and the cross...
In the afternoon on board a catamaran, you will start by learning your first skills as an apprentice navigator on board your catamaran to become one of the best regatta sailors on the planet. This educational boat allows you to develop fine and technical skills to calmly understand the nautical environment.

Day 3:
Today you will discuss wing dropping to automate safety systems as well as wing takeoff and landing with the associated universal safety signals. To finish the session in style, you will learn how to pilot and put on the board to coordinate the two actions.
For the more experienced, you combine the edges to refine your sensations of glide and wind traction.
In the afternoon you leave for a windsurfing session. Beginners will discover boards specially adapted to discover the activity. Once in the water, the boards allow you to be stable on your supports. You will be surprised by how fast you can shoot at first sight with this very handy equipment. We are far from the difficulties experienced by the old generations of boards.
For the more experienced, you will regain your sensations by alternating tacks and gybes. For the most experts you will benefit from individual advice to do your first jibes.

Day 4:
After a well-deserved sleep in, you take the opportunity to have breakfast and participate in the activities organized on the camp. For early risers you take the opportunity to relax the muscles in your arms and legs in the sea.
In the afternoon, you meet your instructor. Before resuming piloting the board, the coach gives you all the marbles to take off the wing again in the water independently and master towed swimming to understand the power of the wing. You will also choose your direction with the actions associated with flying

Day 5:
After starting with a group warm-up and riding a few meters along the beach, you will understand the magic of Waterstart and more precisely the way out of the water on the board using the wing. For the more experienced, you will start jumping and jumping transitions to become the king of tricks.
In the afternoon, your instructor takes you out to ride your windsurf board. Beginners will learn to feel the force of the wind while handling the sail. The aim is to find the right position of the body, the mast and the sail in order to seek a smooth and constant movement. You will learn to change direction thanks to the superb demonstrations of edge transfers from your UCPA instructor.
For the more experienced, you will improve your technique thanks to the individualized advice of your instructor. Today it is the waterstart and beachstart technique on the program.

Day 6:
For this last day of water sports, you will find your catamaran again. Beginners will learn how to position themselves properly to keep the boat balanced. You will discover the trapeze to counter the sales force. Will you put the right balance between optimal strength and salting?
The most experienced will discuss shore boat settings and dynamic navigation settings to improve and understand your performance. We offer you the possibility to measure your speeds using GPS.
In the afternoon, you will play the balancing act and strengthen your arms on a paddle board.

Last day

Day 7:
Luggage preparation and room storage.
Lunch.
End of the stay on Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm.

...
Please contact the sports village directly for any unforeseen events.
