This one-week parkour and multi-sport trip 1 hour from Paris is designed for young people aged 11-15.
It offers: 5 parkour sessions + 1 block climbing + 1 freestyle scooter or skateboarding (trip to Trampoline Park during the February holidays) + 1 tchoukball + 1 major soccer tournament + 1 tree-climbing course + 1 tree-climbing course + activities, evenings, big games or manual and creative workshops.

In the morning, parkour session. After a group warm-up, first rolling and landing exercises on the ground.

In the morning, parkour session. Learning technical skills to cross an obstacle such as a foam cube or a small barrier. Breakdown of technical movements to become a tracker (= parkour practitioner) fluid and agile. On the program: swings, drops, relaxation jumps, precision jumps...
In the afternoon, treetop adventure course.
In the evening, lively vigil.

Reception between 8 am and 9 am.
Activities start at 9 am.
In the morning, parkour session. First sequences of jumps followed by rolls.
In the afternoon, freestyle scooter or skateboarding session. (Excursion to Trampoline Park during February break)

Reception between 8 am and 9 am.
Activities start at 9 am.
In the morning, parkour session. Teaching new technical skills, including the barrier pass, wall pass, plank, cat jump and dash.
In the afternoon, Tchoukball session.

Reception between 8 am and 9 am.
Activities start at 9 am.
In the morning, parkour session. Learning the technical basics to start on the course created by the instructor. A series of rolls, crossing barriers, sloth jumping...
In the afternoon, big soccer tournament.
