Journey to the land of the Incas and the peoples of the Altiplano

Peru is full of first-rate cultural and archaeological treasures. Machu-Picchu and Cusco, the Inca city, are two very beautiful examples. But these tourist symbols should not mask the wealth of remains of even older Andean civilizations (Chavín, Mochica and Nazca in particular). But the discovery of Peru would not be complete without escapades in the contrasting landscapes of the Andes, the Altiplano and the outskirts of the Amazon rainforest, to meet Quechua families who perpetuate centuries-old traditions.

peru

A modern country, focused on tourism, Peru offers multiple possibilities for sports and cultural activities, beyond essential historical destinations.

Peru allows trekking enthusiasts to combine sporting pleasure with the cultural discovery of the country they cross. The part of the Andes that border the coast of Peru consists of high peaks, several of which exceed 6000 meters, and high altitude plains (Altiplano) where llamas and vicuñas can be found.
