With an experienced instructor who will quickly assess your level, hit the slopes, and work out! 5 days of downhill mountain biking.Driving sessions, dirt or pump tracks, permanent DH tracks, major downhill routes.
The program also offers a day on a bike park outside the Chamonix Valley.

Monday - Contact day: distribution of the machines, assessment of the level, first technical notions: balancing, braking, maneuverability, first descents on the slopes of the Tour and Vallorcine ski areas. Back with the single tracks in the woods.
Tuesday - Mountain bike downhill day. Descents on the Tour's permanent tracks and technical notions about the trajectories. Back with the single tracks in the woods.
Wednesday - Mountain bike downhill day. Permanent trails in Les Houches.
