Meet the surf instructors. Learning or revising the basics and safety rules. Courses in the morning and in the afternoon.

Entertainment the rest of the day: beach volleyball, beach soccer, ultimate (team sport played with 2 teams and one disc), big games, swimming... Animated evening (debates, evening, evening, concert, concert, outdoor cinema...).

Day 3:
Continued learning to surf for the day with individual advice from the instructor on an accessible and wild beach. Balance board workshop (balance board for surfing training). List of surf instructors. Animated evening (debates, evening, concert, outdoor cinema...).

Day 4:
Quiet day. Chilling on the surf camp and on the beach. In the evening, depending on the conditions: “sunset” surfing session, at sunset.

Day 5:
Morning and afternoon surf lessons. Personalized advice from instructors on the choice of boards and trajectories. Animated evening (debates, evening, concert, outdoor cinema...).

Day 6:
Last supervised surf session of the day. Californian games (beach volleyball, beach soccer, ultimate...), then review of the week with the surf instructor. Reception of the “Surfing Book”: booklet created by UCPA to monitor your progress and autonomy in surfing. Last lively evening.

Day 7:
Last morning of discussions with the group and tidying up the camp. End of the stay around 12 noon.

CENTRAL BEACH

Come and surf in peace!

Le Porge is a small town in Médoc on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, a stone's throw from the Arcachon basin. Located in a quiet area in a preserved environment, the central beach of Le Porge is a favorite spot for local surfers. As for the surf camp, it is located a few minutes walk from the ocean, behind a pine forest.

The sleeping area:
4-seater cabin tents of 15 m2 and 2.5 m high, specially made for UCPA. Tents renewed regularly and completely closed, ensuring watertightness and living comfort.

The spot:
Space to relax after sports, including a chill zone, secure cabinets to store your phone and disconnect safely, table football and a ping pong table.

The UCPA surf school:
Space with surfboards and/or neoprene suits to equip yourself for surfing sessions, as well as a screen to provide the coach's tips.
