During your stay
You alternate between surfing sessions supervised by surfing professionals and multi-sport or entertainment sessions. The surfing sessions take place in the morning or in the afternoon.
Day 2:
After a good breakfast, you join the surf shop of the sports village or camp (or possibly the partner center). The surf instructor helps you find the board that fits your style, level, goals and practice plan.
The wave pro also explains how to properly carry your board and gives you an overview of the practice environment to face the waves with confidence.
Beginners and the less experienced go back to the basics: putting the board in the water, discovering how to glide first flat on your stomach pushed by a wave close to the edge...
For those who have a little more experience on the board and on the waves, the instructor gives you tips for choosing the right wave and catching it every time you try.
The rest of the time, the animators offer activities to have fun: beach volleyball, beach soccer, ultimate, big games, swimming...
Day 3:
Today your instructor explains to you how to get back on the board. The “Take Off” soon has no secrets for you. To warm up you will first repeat this technical gesture on the beach before experimenting it in the water. Depending on your level of practice, you perform this movement in one time or in several steps.
The position of the body, the feet on the board or the look are the most important technical gestures to progress.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy an afternoon of great games on the beach and swimming in the sea.
Wednesday: You will take advantage of the morning to sleep in, chill out, participate in big games or even stroll in the nearest small village.
After lunch, you will meet your instructor who will give you all the good tips for choosing your direction with the associated actions on the board. You will learn to manage your efforts to “last” in the water and get tired as little as possible.
Day 4:
That's it you are more and more comfortable in the water. You watch the waves like Kelly Slater. You are waiting for the right timing to row and get up on the board. The sensations of gliding give you a feeling of freedom and well-being. For insiders and experts, your instructor will explain to you how to take a direction in a wave according to its “open” side. Let's go for Surfing on the “Back Side” and on the “Front Side”.
In the afternoon, you will participate in a big beach volleyball tournament with the other groups in the colony.
Day 5:
You wake up with a hell of a lot of motivation. It's your last surfing day of the week.
The objective for the day is clear. You want to do a series of runs and waves to make the most of them and apply all the exercises of the week. Your instructor gives you great demonstrations in the water and is with you to give you the latest personalized advice.
In the afternoon, you will get on your bike and discover the magnificent pine forests of the region.
In the evening it's sunset on the beach with friends.
