Day of arrival

Welcome in the morning. First dive at 2 pm. Possibility to have lunch in the sports village.
Possibility, depending on availability, to arrive the day before.
...
Information, prices and reservations by email or by calling the sports village directly.

During your stay

D2 to D5: Level 2 training is an internship that combines technique and exploration during which you will learn to orient yourself and manage your diving parameters.
...
The dives will alternate with theoretical courses before or after the dives. These courses will always be related to what you experience in practice and will take place in our multi-purpose rooms equipped with video projectors to use visual elements.

PE40 program
The first dive will consist in getting back up to speed with the achievements of level 1. This dive will take place from the shore, over a depth of 20 m maximum. The safety exercises, emptying the mask, letting go of the tip and controlled ascent on exhalation will be checked, as well as your level concerning stabilization with a vest.
The following dives will consist of stabilization exercises to develop your balance and stabilization fundamentals. At the end, you will be able to go up alone, to immerse yourself in the open water, to stabilize yourself to the sensations (Not only on the visual references).
The exercises will be accompanied by exploration dives to learn how to navigate underwater and how to manage your dive in pairs. At the end of the week, you will be in control of your ventilation in relation to lung volumes and you will be able to manage your consumption. During the explorations, at the end of the week, you will go down beyond 25 m to validate the PE40. (Provided that the skills in immersion, return to the surface - holding the level - and stabilization are acquired).

PA20 program
The first dive will aim to verify the achievements of PE40 in terms of stabilization, orientation and management of the ascent.
During the following dives, you will discover the use of the vest as a safety element and for the recovery of a friend in difficulty.
The rest of the dives will be relatively independent dives (instructor behind you), where you will perfect your dive management and orientation skills. You will validate your level 2 when all the skills are acquired at the end of the week. If you validate a little before the end of the course, you will be able to do your first dive in real autonomy.

The course of this program is indicative.
It may undergo modifications or adjustments, depending on technical criteria, safety requirements or the climatic conditions of the moment. In this case, only those responsible for UCPA supervision are authorized to take the necessary decision (s).
It can also be adapted according to the technical and physical level of the participants.

Last day

End of the course at 2 pm.
Check-out of the rooms at 11.30 am.
