During your stay

4 diving sessions are planned during the week (1 per half-day).

The first session will take place alone with the instructor (baptism) to understand the equipment, balance, propulsion and movement under water.
...
The following 3 sessions will allow your children to develop skills allowing them to master the use of their personal equipment, launching, immersing and returning to the surface at a controlled speed. They will also learn to control their ventilation, maintain their balance and know the usual signs. Supervised by their instructor, they will be able to evolve with 2 or 3 divers of the same level. At the end of their apprenticeship, they will know the safety rules and will know how to respect their underwater environment.

During the rest of the stay, you will board a collective sailboat. You will discover the different missions of a skipper. Let's go on a marine adventure aboard a schooner to discover the famous Corniche from the sea and unearth the treasure of the Sète pirates. It is a moment rich in emotion to live with the animators and friends under the supervision of attentive instructors.
You are also going to participate in a beach sport tournament. Who will win the contest?

A Medical Certificate of No Contraindication (CACI) for scuba diving is mandatory (attention valid for 1 year). You must present it upon arrival at the center.
Whatever the internship you do (training, exploration), it can be established by a general practitioner but we recommend that you consult a specialized doctor. It is imperative that you report to your doctor if you have had a history of asthma.
