Day 4:
In the morning, e-sports: gaming session on the main game followed by a cohesion time on a second game. Emotion management workshop during play time.
Afternoon, outdoor laser game: in the shoes of a spy, a secret agent or a sniper, do your best to hit as much as possible.

Day 5:
In the morning, e-sports. Personalized advice from instructors on the right postures to have on your chair during video game time.
In the afternoon, multi-racket challenge: a challenge with different racket games (pickleball, speedball, jazzminton, ping-pong, volipaddle...).

In the morning, e-sports. Session on reflexes and concentration during the e-sports game, then review of the week with the instructor.

Located at the gates of the capital, less than 15 km from the Paris-Vincennes racecourse, the Grosbois estate elegantly combines historical heritage and equestrian activity in an exceptional natural setting. More than 412 hectares are thus devoted to the training of French trotters.
