This one-week ski competition trip in Les Arcs is dedicated to experienced 13-17 year olds (skiers who are comfortable on red slopes, able to keep their balance on rough terrain such as bumps, ice, powder and of making a series of tight swash-type turns).
On the program: 10 skiing sessions (including 1 in autonomy on Wednesday morning) with alternating technique, giant slalom, timed imposed course, parallel slalom, mini pickets and boardercross (timed obstacle course) and fun skiing on the slopes, but also personalized coaching with video and chrono support + 1 oxygenation session on Sunday afternoon depending on arrival time + animations, big games and vigils.

The program

Day by day

Day of arrival

Day 1:
Reception on Sundays between 8:30am and 12 pm.
Installation in the rooms, distribution of equipment, constitution of groups...

In the afternoon, a short oxygenation session (depending on arrival time).
In the evening, meeting to present the stay.
Dinner served from 19:30 to 20:30.

If you have subscribed to the “arrival the day before” option: welcome on Saturday between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you arrive outside these hours, please contact the sports village (email or phone).

During your stay

Day 2:
In the morning, ski session. Meeting with the instructor and the whole group, then a fun and collective warm-up. Checking the levels.

In the afternoon, first technical skiing session.
At the end of the afternoon, snack and exchange with the instructor about the week's program.
Animated evening vigil.

Day 3 to day 6:
In the morning and in the afternoon, ski sessions: alternation of technique, giant slalom, timed imposed course, parallel slalom, mini pickets and boardercross (timed obstacle course) and fun skiing on the slope
At the end of the afternoon, snack and exchange with the instructor, viewing video feedback and technical discussions.
Animated evening vigil.

Day 7:
Possibility of sliding independently with advice on areas of practice (depending on the departure time).

Preparing luggage and tidying up the rooms, then lunch at the sports village.

Les Arcs, the ski paradise in the heart of the Alpine forests

The resort of Les Arcs is located in the heart of Savoy. It extends from the Aiguille Rouge glacier to the forests of Villaroger and Peisey-Vallandry. The area offers 210 km of slopes (10 green, 55 blue, 42 red, 16 black and 1 snowpark) culminating at an altitude of more than 3200 m and offering 2000 m of altitude difference. The entire virgin face of the Aiguille Rouge is suitable for off-road skiing, as well as the Aiguille Grive, the corridors of Comborcière or the Cirque Blanc.

The UCPA Ski School allows teenagers to learn and improve their skiing skills. Our teams adapt to the needs of each child, form small groups at a homogeneous level and give individualized advice to progress in the best conditions.
