Important information
The UCPA is a youth and education association that respects all legislation concerning the protection of minors.
We remind you that the use of narcotics is prohibited during all our stays, that smoking in UCPA living areas is prohibited, as well as consuming alcohol.
We remind you that the use of narcotics is prohibited during all our stays, that smoking in UCPA living areas is prohibited, as well as consuming alcohol.
The UCPA partner center reserves the right, after evaluating the situation, to immediately return any minor who has not respected these prohibitions. We draw your attention to the fact that all costs related to the return will be at your expense (in accordance with the general registration conditions on our site ucpa.com).
Cell phone:
It is strongly discouraged because there are few places where the network goes and you cannot recharge it. Not having one means offering a real break from daily life and it is also guaranteeing an authentic immersion in nature and with the group of children. On the other hand, the team is committed to calling the family or having your child call if requested. If your child comes with his cell phone anyway, the director will put it aside for the duration of the stay.
Pocket money:
It is requested not to give pocket money to your child as there is no store: this also avoids the risk of loss.
Valuable items:
It is strongly recommended not to bring valuables (mp3, camera). It also prevents the risks of them being damaged, lost or stolen.
Parcel and mail:
It is not recommended to send packages. They often arrive too late and are therefore not delivered to the recipient. If you want to write to your child, send your mail on the first day of the stay so that they can receive it on time.
Mailing address: Le Merlet Association/UCPA Partner - Montbrun Vacation Center - Le Bissoudo - 48210 Montbrun.
Letters and packages arriving after the end of the stay will be returned cash on delivery at your expense and at your request.
In the Tarn Gorges, we regularly encounter internet connection problems. That's why we post news and photos when the delivery arrives and again halfway through the trip. It is also for these reasons that we do not distribute email to children, we prefer postal mail. Of course, if a child has a health problem, we are committed to informing you by telephone after the doctor's diagnosis.
