How to prepare yourself physically before going skiing?

Our coaches Erwan and Elodie invite themselves to your home for an adapted and progressive training of 4 weeks to prepare you well.

This preparation is accessible to all levels, easy to do everywhere and without equipment.

Our coaches offer you a 4-week workout to practice muscle building and strengthening.

Erwan and Elodie invite you to follow 4 training circuits + 1 stretching class in video format, available on our YouTube channel.

The goals are to reduce muscle fatigue, avoid injuries and improve your body language.

Our sports advice to prepare effectively, with lasting effects

Each week, you can:

- do each circuit 2 to 3 times in a row and do it again 2 to 4 times in a week depending on your fitness,


- complete your physical preparation with an activity such as swimming, cycling or jogging to strengthen your stamina,


- do your stretching session at the end of each circuit to promote good recovery
