In case of a problem, you contact the management service at your place of residence.
When you have validated the three stages of your BAFA course, your file goes before a jury. This jury meets three to four times a year depending on where you live. It is at the end of this jury that you will graduate from BAFA.
Check that your candidate area on the Jeunes.gouv site is up to date (each internship filled in, identity card validated,...). Attention, if one of the stages has not been validated favorably during your course, you will have to request your passage on the jury “manually” (Curriculum tab,
item 7-Others).No. For general training and advanced training or qualification, the results are entered by the training organization and then validated by the Ministry of National Education and Youth
.For the practical internship, it is the director of the collective reception of minors where you did your internship who enters your certificate. Make sure that he/she has completed this entry before finishing your internship.
When you finish your internship, your director must inform you whether or not it has been validated. He/she issues an opinion (satisfied or not satisfactory) and writes an assessment motivating this opinion. We strongly invite you not to leave the place of your internship without having had the final answer as well as an interview which will serve as a formal end-of-internship report (this end-of-internship assessment is mandatory).
The results of each participant will then be entered into a Report sent to the Ministry. It takes about 15 days for the validation to appear on your space. However, this delay may be longer.
